Georgia Section Scholarship DUE Nov. 1st

Georgia Section Scholarship

The Georgia Section encourages student involvement in our profession and hopes to develop future Georgia transportation engineers through this scholarship program. The Georgia Section will be providing one or more scholarships this year and the award amount(s) will range from $500 to $4,000. The award makes considerations for both merit and financial need.

Student applicants must fulfill the following requirements to receive the award:

  • Must be in an accredited Transportation Engineering or related degree program
  • Must be a current member of ITE@GT and have payed dues
    • Link to pay dues at top of newsletter
  • Must obtain a signature of recommendation from the ITE@GT Student Chapter Advisor, Dr. Tsai
    • Dr. Tsai will be signing completed applications on Oct. 31
  • Must be either an undergraduate or graduate student. Both are eligible and encouraged to apply
  • Past recipients of this scholarship are eligible
