So my wife and I make butternut squash pies from scratch every year around the holidays. It’s a pretty good way to spend a morning with your friends/family/date. We follow in general the recipe outlined on this website.
But last year, I had had enough of the comic sans font and reset the recipe in LaTeX. I also included a recipe for pie crust that is nearly perfect every time, and a candied pecan topping if you want something extra fancy. Enjoy.
