About: Manuel is a PhD student, longtime installment in the CEE student body, and now chapter president of ITE@GT. He has studied transportation for several years here, now, and has learned some of the incredible impacts it can have. He continues to research on infrastructure protection and resilience, taking new focus incorporating operational needs and practice into planning.

Tulio Sulbaran

About: Tulio is a Ph.D. Student in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin, where he was actively involved in ASCE. In graduate school, he has developed a strong passion for transportation engineering and its impact on all users of the system. His goal is to help create a resilient, efficient, and equitable transportation network.  One way to achieve this is by fostering a strong and engaged transportation engineering community. At ITE, we work to facilitate those vital connections. As Vice President of External Affairs, his personal goal is to support my peers and colleagues in building meaningful professional relationships.

Grace Donnell

Grace is a 3rd year undergraduate student majoring in civil engineering. She has been involved in transportation research at Tech concerning pedestrian, emissions, and traffic related transportation issues. Grace is interested in improving multimodal systems through traffic engineering. Her mission is to create safe, sustainable, and accessible transportation systems for all users. Through Georgia Tech’s chapter of ITE Grace has worked to foster interest in transportation throughout campus. She hopes to create an atmosphere of curiosity and excitement within the chapter at Tech.
