About: Tulio is a Ph.D. Student in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin, where he was actively involved in ASCE. In graduate school, he has developed a strong passion for transportation engineering and its impact on all users of the system. His goal is to help create a resilient, efficient, and equitable transportation network.  One way to achieve this is by fostering a strong and engaged transportation engineering community. At ITE, we work to facilitate those vital connections.
