President
Manuel Cuadra
mcuadra3@gatech.edu
About: Manuel is a PhD student, longtime installment in the CEE student body, and now chapter president of ITE@GT. He has studied transportation for several years here, now, and has learned some of the incredible impacts it can have. But those impacts can only be realized with an informed generation of transportation professionals in touch with the field.
We are trying to grow that connection here in our ITE student chapter and are expanding our outreach to steer the rising generation of planners, engineers, and professionals. With your support, we can get them in touch with the industry, show them its possibilities, keep them up to speed with the field, and much more. I am here to support the transportation field, so through your support, we can help you in return. I look forward to working with you!
Vice President – External
Tulio Sulbaran
tsulbaran3@gatech.edu
About: Tulio is a Ph.D. Student in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin, where he was actively involved in ASCE. In graduate school, he has developed a strong passion for transportation engineering and its impact on all users of the system. His goal is to help create a resilient, efficient, and equitable transportation network. One way to achieve this is by fostering a strong and engaged transportation engineering community. At ITE, we work to facilitate those vital connections. As Vice President of External Affairs, his personal goal is to support my peers and colleagues in building meaningful professional relationships.
